Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within 25 miles of Charlotte, NC is included in all packages. For sessions outside that radius, a small travel fee may apply. Just let me know your location and I’ll provide a quick quote.
How long does it take to receive my final images?
You’ll receive a proofing gallery within 3–5 business days. Final retouched images are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks depending on the session. Weddings or larger events may take up to 6-10 weeks.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes — a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. The amount varies by session type and will be applied toward your total balance. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules will be honored once, and your deposit will carry over. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited retainer. Life happens, and I’ll always do my best to work with you — just keep communication open.
